Technical Order Correspondent
The Technical Order Correspondent provides technical and customer support for two online retail businesses (Medical Mobility Aids and Walking Golf Equipment).
The person in this position responsible for set-up of new product pages and maintenance of existing product pages on our websites, including Amazon and e-Bay.
In addition, person in this position processes customer orders primarily on-line. Position is responsible for handling customer phone calls, responding to written customer inquiries, processing orders online and following-up with order acknowledgements and shipping information. Processing returns is also a part of the work required. Additional duties may be assigned consistent with the position holder’s interests and skill levels.
This is a part-time at-home position 5 days per week – an estimated 4 hours per day.
Ability to navigate multiple internet sites
Ability to interpret technical product information
Customer service and communication skills (oral and written
Good telephone presence is desired
Must have a computer on which to work
An internet connection with reasonable speed.
This job provides the opportunity learn new aspects about conducting retail business online and to practice customer service skills.
Pay: Commensurate with skill levels
