This one day equine experience is designed to educate licensed mental health professionals and equine specialists about the key components for a safe and effective equine-assisted psychotherapy program. An important ingredient to this workshop is that the didactic part of the day will be paired with various hands on experiences with the horses.
Emphasis will be working with sensitive clients, such as trauma survivors. This relationship-dynamic model values the client and the horse alike as a way to address and release old patterns and be free to establish new ways of thinking/feeling (process) and behavior (content/action).
Cost of Clinic is $25 per Person and includes lunch. Register by phone at 931-232-6044 or email at LegendAcres@hotmail.com
